ICTs can be a tool to close the social and educational gap in society. The pandemic has shown us that experiences with online education can be different for each person, with respect to the context in which they live and their personal characteristics, not only due to differences in infrastructure, Internet speed or equipment. that they have, also because of the different skills that are necessary to use new technologies, hence the importance not only of internet literacy, but also the need for platforms, pages, and web content to consider these aspects from their own perspective. conception, so that in this way they are used by all people, and the skills, experiences, and ideas of all enrich society and empower those most vulnerable.
