The information society creates new challenges inside the educational institutions. An ICT plan in Colombia created from the government, private and public institutions or the same teacher, should be focused on the sum of experiences. We need to stop wondering about what technology represents but act accordingly with specific actions. Performing class practices that include ICT tools is a trend in formal and informal education. To Initiate processes for teacher training and the implementation of digital tools in the classroom, to create rubrics that implement digital practices, to create databases with repositories of ICT experiences, the use of virtual classrooms, computerized tools, the access to educational networks, to share Online content to generate technological, pedagogical and educational innovation, are some aspects that were considered in this study.
The use of ICT requires teachers with new functions, new pedagogies and new approaches in teacher training. The best way is to plan the future by creating their own digital products, you can start with free web 2.0 tools. An implementation in ICT, requires innovation in teaching, changes in institutions that come from changes in the attitude of teachers and a 3.0 attitude, which integrates the digital aspect to daily life and to class practices with high creative sense.
