The research proposal, exposed in this document, is part of the design and implementation of a board game that seeks to contribute to the training in civic culture of the 4th grade students of the San Bartolomé la Merced school (SBLM). The work was carried out with children between 9 and 11 years old on road safety, the importance of traffic lights in urban areas and the relevance of complying with traffic regulations, more specifically, on the daily route to school. The materialization of the proposal was made by means of electrical circuits, a model destined to its connection and an Arduino control, the activity was carried out with the fourth-grade children, in the schedules destined to the learning of traffic laws, it was proposed to test their knowledge and decision-making skills, and finally, aligned with the research objectives, a survey was conducted to assess both the perception and appropriation of the information by users.
